Technology
In the DVB woods under strictly controlled conditions,
a full-height, corner-to-corner building consisting of prefabricated external walls, partition walls and roof elements. The elements are manufactured in a factory under ideal conditions and assembled on the prepared base, delivered to the construction site. The external windows are installed and the electrical installation is prepared in the factory.
Only kiln-dried pine material from carefully managed European timber mills is incorporated into the wall construction, subject to continuous quality control and certified.
Thanks to the high quality, the walls have retained their structure for hundreds of years. Wood is a special building material with a unique ability to insulate against heat and sound.
EnergyLine is the new, high-quality and performance-oriented development of Vario-Haus. The concept results in maximum comfort and optimal financing. The wall structure is 41.1 cm thick, with an 8 cm installation pre-wall. With the installation of 3 layers of energy efficient windows and a 10 cm thick façade insulation system, a U-value = 0.11 W/m2K was achieved.
VARIO-HAUS only uses building materials that are biologically and physically suitable for healthy and natural living space. Solid wood and natural gypsum have the correct regulation of humidity changes. Similarly, wood absorbs up to 90 percent of air pollutants. Due to its environmentally friendly insulation, the various VARIO-BAU exterior wall systems provide excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.
